AOL

45' Dome

Faced with all the “noise” of the world’s largest consumer technology show, Las Vegas’ CES, America Online was searching for a way to do more than just stand out, they needed to start changing the customer perception of AOL.  AOL is much more than just an internet provider.  They turned to Obscura to help them get this across in a big, bold and breakthrough way.

Obscura created a 60ft dome with 7 projectors casting 4,000 pixels, and by using a 50,000 watt sound system with DJs and integrated lighting, AOL content from Mapquest, moviephone, TMZ and more screamed across 45 sq. ft. The hippest place at CES was the VIP party in the AOL Dome which gave AOL’s top customers and partners a truly immersive AOL experience.
